You are purchasing repair service for your current PCM/ECM.
You must remove your ford trucks engine computer and then mail it to us for the repair service.
Handling & Repair time:
Once we recieve your unit the repairs are done same/next day and then its returned.
IF YOUR PCM IS NOT REPAIRABLE:
If your unit is at fault and we are unable to repair it. (Generally because of heavy water or burn damage) then we can do one of the following:
- Issue a full refund and return your core.
- Test and Clone/Program replacement unit that YOU provide for plug and play install (No added Cost).
- Clone a replacement unit that we provide for plug and play install (some added part cost required)
