You are purchasing repair service for your current ABS Control Module (EBCM).
You must remove your EBCM and then mail it to us to receive this repair service.
(Do not send entire pump assembly, Please remove and send only the control module!)
Handling & Repair time:
Once we recieve your module the repairs are done same/next day and then is returned.
Most common issues:- DTC C0201 : ABS Enable Relay Contact Circuit Open
- DTC C0110 : Pump Motor Circuit Open/Stuck
- DTC C0035-C0050 : Speed Sensor Errors
- DTC C0551 : Option Configuration Error
- No communication / Dead Unit
Once we recieve your EBCM We:
- Do a full diagnostics scan right out of the box.
- Disassemble and make all necessary repairs.
- Perform another full diagnosis.
- Re-coat PCB and Reseal case to protect against shorts & moisture.
- Run one final tests.
- Package your remanufactured module & return to it you.
Your unit will be PLUG & PLAY, no programming necessary.
This repair only fixes your damaged ebcm.
How it works:
- You or mechanic removes your Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM aka ABS Module).
- Package your unit up securely and include a note with your name, return address & your symptoms.
Please be as detailed as possible with issue's/DTC's your having and what you have done to determine the EBCM is failing.
- Purchase listing and mail us your unit. The mailing address will be provided after purchase.
Once package is received repairs are generally completed in 24-48hrs. Then the unit is sent back USPS Priority 2 day.
- You recieve your original part that has been fully tested with any and all needed repairs done. Just PLUG IN & GO.
IF YOUR EBCM IS NOT REPAIRABLE:
If your unit is at fault and we are unable to repair it. (Generally because of heavy liquid or burn damage) then we can do one of the following:- Issue a full Refund.
- Clone a replacement unit that YOU provide for plug and play install (No added Cost).
- Clone a replacement unit that we provide for plug and play install (additional part cost required)
