Full service ECU mail in repair for your Dodge Ram trucks (1998-2002) with Cummins Diesel engines.

**PLEASE READ**

You are purchasing repair service for your current PCM.

You must remove your jeeps engine computer and mail it to us for the repair service to be completed.

Handling & Repair time:
Once we recieve your unit the repairs are typically done same/next day and then returned.

Once we recieve your PCM We:

Run our simulator testing and do a full diagnostics scan right out of the box.
Disassemble and make all necessary repairs.
Perform another full diagnosis.
Re-coat PCB and seal the unit to protect against shorts & moisture damage.
Run one final tests & package it up for return.

This repair only fixes your damaged PCM. You MUST repair what caused the pcm to fail in the first place before installing your newly repaired PCM or it may be damaged again.

How it works:

You or mechanic removes your Engine Control Module (ECM).
Package your unit up securely and include a note with your name, return address & your symptoms.
Please be as detailed as possible of the issue's your having and what you have done to determine the ECM is failing.
Purchase listing and mail us your unit. The mailing address will be provided after purchase. We provide free return shipping only. You will still need to get it to us.
Once package is received repairs are generally completed in 24-48hrs. Then the unit is sent back USPS Priority 2 day.
You recieve your original part that has been fully tested with any needed repairs done. Just PLUG IN & GO.

IF YOUR PCM IS NOT AT FAULT & PASSES ALL TESTING:

Issue a refund minus a $95 testing and return fee.

IF YOUR PCM IS NOT REPAIRABLE:

If your unit is at fault and we are unable to repair it. (Generally because of heavy liquid or burn damage) then we can do one of the following:

Issue a full Refund.
Clone a replacement unit that YOU provide for plug and play install (No added Cost).
Clone a replacement unit that we provide for plug and play install (actual part cost required)

ECM WTS WORKING LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO

I bought a 99 Dodge Cummins that seem to have had a delayed wait to start every once in awhile. I would turn the key and the WTS and lift pump had a delay of at least 5 to 10 seconds. I seen these guys on YouTube fix this exact computers WTS issue. I sent it in and a week later they sent it back. I plugged everything in and ever since then the WTS and lift pump comes on immediately every time. It looks like they sealed it good too. Would highly recommend these guys if you're having ECM problems.

I found this gentleman and reminds me of me . I run a mobile diagnostics business and help shops . I have used the big parts store companies and smaller companies . Dodge Cummins ECM fixed

I’ve had an issue with my 98.5 3500 ecm , as I was doing my research ???? found these guys through YouTube decided to give it a shot and it works great lift pump kicks as it should WTS works properly and abs light gone, affordable price, fast service , everything as described

Fantastic Service and Support

The WTS light was very slow to come on and would take 15-30 seconds to disappear. After discussing with a mobile mechanic neighbor he mentioned that it sounded like the ECM was acting up. After searching around, I found Keyworks on a youtube video session on how they tested an ECM similar to mine and sent it in. A few days later it returned and worked like it should but the WTS light would sometimes not even come on. Worried, I contacted Keyworks and they had me send it back in. Their testing didn't show anything out of the ordinary but after adjusting programming (perhaps) I received it and as of today, my truck is running nearly as good as new. I cannot say enough good things about Keyworks and their work. My mobile mechanic sent his ECM in and they resolved his as well. We're sold on spreading the word.
