This is a test and repair service for your ECU (engine control unit) for the following:
Model: Dodge RAM 5.9L CUMMINS DIESEL TRUCKS
Years: 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002
Please be sure your control module matches what is shown in the photo. This does not include the PCM on firewall, that listing is here.
I can repair about anything on these but the most common issues Repaired are:
- NO COMMUNICATION
- DELAYED WTS (WAIT TO START) LIGHT
- NO POWER TO VP44 / NO POWER TO LIFT PUMP
- DEAD PEDAL / APPS NOT RESPONSIVE
- P0606 DTC (diagnostic trouble code)
How our service works:
- You or mechanic removes your control module shown in listing.
- Purchase the repair, The mailing address will be provided after check out and emailed to you.
- Ship your module to us. Please include a note with your name, return address & your symptoms.
- Once your package is received testing is generally started with in 24-72hrs.
- Once we have finished with your unit it be will returned by USPS Ground, Priority or Express.
- You will recieve your original part that has been tested and any needed repairs done. Just PLUG IN & GO.
IF YOUR MODULE IS NOT REPAIRABLE:
If your unit faulty and we are unable to repair it for any reason. (Generally because of heavy liquid or burn damage)
then we can do one of the following:
- Issue a full Refund (minus return shipping fee).
- Provide a replacement for plug and play install (additional part cost required)
IF YOUR MODULE PASSES TESTING & IS NOT AT FAULT:
If your unit turns out to be good by passing all initial testing with no faults found:
- You can request we do the repair anyway (some like to do this for intermittent issues just so they can rule it out)
- Issue you a refund minus our bench fee (This covers our time testing & processing your module)
